After we introduce you to our mortgage partner, we can determine your buying price range with confidence.
If you are in the area, we’ll go to local open houses together and schedule viewings of the homes that you’ve loved from our listing alerts.
If you live miles away, we will go the extra distance to tour properties on your behalf, not only as your agent but as your friend, to make sure you know every inch of the property you are purchasing.
STEP 3:
Making an Offer on Your Dream Home.
When you’re ready to make an offer, we will present a written offer to the seller.
We will guide you through the process of of exactly what to offer or in the case of bidding, how to proceed.
We aim to make the offer process as stress free as possible so you can land your dream home!
STEP 4:
Appraisal and Inspection
The sellers accepted your offer, and the home is going through appraisal and inspection.
The appraisal guarantees the price matches the condition of the property, while the inspection makes sure everything in the home is functioning properly with no major issues.
We assist in scheduling everything that needs to be done to get you into your home as soon as possible!
